Hey Mark and Michael,
I wanted to tell you some of my Suggestions.
1. NPCS
Remove the Bandos Chestplate, Bandos Tassets, Dragon Full Helmet, Dragonfire Shield and Dragon Claws Drops from Man and add Bandos Chestplate and Bandos Tassets, also maybe Bandos Godsword, as a drop of General Graador. Also turn General Graador a bit more easily.
2. Make Administrators In-Game untradeable, so there would be not to many Rares In-Game.
